Out and About in Bradford: Dual ESOL Pathway Showcase

Yesterday evening marked the end of Dr Cathy Clarkson’s Dual ESOL Pathway teacher training course at Bradford College, which has been running for the last 12 weeks, offering an opportunity for novice and experienced ESOL teachers alike to gain new skills and learn more about teaching ESOL and training others to do so.

The Dual ESOL Pathway Showcase and Teachmeet was a wonderful opportunity to hear about the course from the Pathway A and B participants. There were posters presenting their work around the room which were both detailed and inspiring, as well as a Teachmeet which allowed each participant to present an aspect of their learning that has been really important to them. All in all, a fantastic way to spend an evening, and lovely to hear about such an innovative approach to teacher training.
