Solace - supporting survivors of persecution & exile in Yorkshire and the Humber is piloting a new way for refugees and asylum seekers to access their video resources on a wide range of wellbeing and mental health topics.  Videos cover issues such as coping with stress and tension, preparing to go to sleep, relaxation exercises, improving confidence and others.  All the videos have been recorded in multiple languages and more languages are being added all the time. 

In order to improve accessibility people can now complete this very short form Your Personal Self-Help Guide (RASP) – Fill out form to highlight which issues they struggle with most and they will receive a personalised response, sending the links to the most relevant videos for them.
