Important meeting for NATECLA members

A virtual Extraordinary General Meeting will be held for NATECLA members on Monday 20th December at 5pm

Lisa and Fatima from NATECLA write, ‘The trustees have re-drafted the NATECLA Constitution in accordance with Charity Commission recommendations. In order to comply with requirements, we need to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting to pass a resolution to approve the new Constitution. It is extremely important that as many members as possible attend as we need members’ approval in order to submit the new document to the Charity Commission. A copy of the proposed new Constitution will be sent out to all members shortly.’
