MUSIC WORKSHOPS for YORK refugees and asylum seekers Published on 25 February 2025
Music workshops for refugees and asylum seekers in York. Thurs 27th Feb, 2-3pm, Clements Hall, Nunthorpe Rd, YO23 1BW. Also Sat 22nd Feb, Sat 1st and 8th March 2.15.to 3.30 Room K/159 King’s Manor, Exhibition Square YO1 7EP. Accompanied children are welcome. Come and join us making music together! We will take our inspiration from the York Book of Refugees, and create a piece of music basd on the poems, images and themes.

Curious Motion dance workshops to tackle isolation Published on 4 February 2025
Curious Motion is a non-profit arts organisation using dance, movement, and creativity to tackle loneliness and isolation in Calderdale. We create and deliver opportunities for all people to experience dance and the arts, with a focus on fostering togetherness and connection for individual and collective wellbeing.
